Robert completed his education at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California, graduating with honors in 1978. As co-founder of Optometric Vision Centers, he was responsible for location selection, design, construction, operation, marketing, patient care and sale of private practices throughout Southern and Northern California until finally teaming up with another Doctor in 1988. In 1999, he obtained his Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent certification. He was appointed to 3 four year terms on the City of Huntington Beach Investment Advisory Board and is also currently a member of the Nvision Laser Vision Correction Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Kodak Lens advisory Board. Dr. Glass is a licensed pilot, aircraft owner and published author specializing on the subject of aviation and vision. In addition, he is a professional musician and recording artist, and currently tours with Bad Habits, the Official Eye Docs or Rock.


Born and raised in the South Bay, Leslie Rosenthal developed an interest in Optometry when she received her first pair of eyeglasses in seventh grade. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in the field of Psychobiology at Occidental College. Leslie graduated with a Dean’s List recognition in 2011 from NOVA Southeastern University School of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The visual arts have always been a strong passion for Leslie. During Optometry school, she illustrated a prize-winning children’s book educating children and parents of the importance of pediatric eye care.Upon receiving her Doctorate of Optometry degree, Leslie continued her education with a residency in ocular disease at the West Los Angeles Veteran’s Affairs hospital. After residency training, Leslie held a full time position co-managing post refractive surgery patients in Orange, California. Leslie has been an active member of the Los Angeles Optometric Society for the past four years and has been serving as the society’s treasurer for two years. Leslie is eager and excited to bring her well-rounded knowledge and experience to the renowned EyeStyles of Westminster!


Dr. Melissa Willey received a Bachelor of Science degree in cognitive neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. She then went on to attain her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry, where she was awarded membership into the Beta Sigma Kappa National Academic Honor Society. After optometry school, Dr. Willey completed a residency in geriatrics and ocular disease at the VA West Los Angeles. She then worked at Jules Stein Eye Institute in Santa Monica treating a multitude of ocular diseases, in addition to providing comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings. 


Dr. Dennis Leroy graduated from Illinois College of Optometry, and shortly thereafter began a private practice in Riverside, CA. He was subsequently involved in a large group practice in Riverside for 25 years and teventually sold the practice. Then, he went on to seeing patients part-time in both an Optometry and Ophthalmology practice, until joining the Eye Styles Team. Dr. Leroy is Board certified to treat eye diseases, including glaucoma. He is a past President of the Orange County Optometric Society and Orange Belt Optometric Society, as well as past Secretary of the Los Angeles Optometric Society.
